What Is SMiLE?

Alright, So what exactly is SMiLE?:

In short, SMiLE is the unfinished follow up to the Beach Boys 11th Studio Album: Pet Sounds, after Pet Sounds' lukewarm reception in the United States, Brian sought to create something even better, Conceived as a "Teenage Symphony to God", Brian started Writing songs for the album alongside collabator "Van Dyke Parks", But due to multiple factors, Smile was left unfinished and unreleased.. Until 2011, when the previously unreleased sessions, we're put together to make something that could've been a cohesive album! (Which is how you're able to listen to the songs)
